Meet Dr. Warner
Dr. Naomie Warner is a board-certified ophthalmologist, dual-fellowship trained ophthalmologist specializing in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus with additional training in the neuro-visual system. She specializes in treating misalignment of the eyes, double vision, amblyopia, and other pediatric conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma or neuro-ophthalmic conditions. When not working or learning she likes to spend time with her family. Their favorite things to do are traveling, being outdoors, and taking the dog for walks.
Education and Training
Dr. Warner's undergraduate education was at St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin where she earned a Bachelor of Science followed by medical school at Des Moines University School of Osteopathic Medicine where she received an excellence in ophthalmology award, in Des Moines, Iowa. Her internship and residency were completed at Michigan State University/Hillsdale Community Health Center where she received the residency research award, in Hillsdale, Michigan and her first of two fellowships in Neuro-ophthalmology, was completed at Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI. Her second fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus, Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Before coming to Las Vegas she worked previously at Mayo Clinic Health System in Wisconsin.
